M+W Dental is steadily growing their customer base and has expanded their sales internationally. To maintain a high standard of order processing and product supply, M+W has partnered with Fortna | Pierau to optimize current logistic processes.

Key objectives of the planning were the expansion of storage capacity, the increase in storage locations in the order-picking warehouse, and identifying ways to increase dispatch capacity.

The identified measures were then developed into a concept with phased periods of implementation.
